After its inception in 2004, now the Management has gone to change the Type of Company from PROPRIETORSHIP to a PRIVATE LIMITED Company effective OCT 2012. It is prominent manpower outsourcing company registered as service provider with Small Scale Industries - Haryana and NSIC since JUNE 2009. It has also been rated by the Dun & Bradstreet Information Services India Pvt Ltd and it  bears D&B D-U-N-S Number : 65-045-1573 .

It owes its existence to the concerted efforts and devotion of Experienced & Professionals dedicated to the cause of Manpower Outsourcing. The organization set forth as its main objective to provide Services to its client companies of providing them skilled/ Technical and Commercial Staff to the best of their satisfaction. 

HDI is a dynamic organization that commenced with combining talent, experience and professionalism. The Company is a young business enterprise aimed to stand by the client company in view to bring productivity and reduction in Manpower Cost.

The Objectives of this organization are the following:

To provide to the client companies/ Govt Department/ Offices the suitable skilled/ Technical and Commercial Staff  including DATA ENTRY OPERATORS, STENOGRAPHERS, OFFICE ASSTTS,ACCOUNTS ASSTT, and SKILLED TECHNICAL STAFF such as Engineers, Site Engineers, IT Engineers, Programmers etc from Junior Level to Managerial/ Executive Level
  2. To motivate its deputed Manpower to achieve desired Production Targets/ achieve goal of the company  and help client companies in Cost reduction by way of systematical manpower planning
